This blue and gold macaw was so funny when I met him. He alternated between waving at me and watching me upside down all while saying "hello". I had to capture his personality in a painting! This was completed in colored pencil against an airbrushed background.

Because I hate to see an amazing artist go unnoticed, I'm inviting you to join a couple of my groups.. "Zoofari - for Traditional Art ONLY" and "Colored Pencil".. if nothing else it may help get you more views and maybe even comments. It's really hurtful to see how little your art is noticed. Also I did start some discussion in those two group and the idea was to show what I felt (and other artists) are wonderful works of art.
